Adult Jiu Jitsu
We offer jiu jitsu classes for adults 7 days per week covering a wide variety of topics and experience levels. Our classes follow an organized curriculum intended to give students a solid foundation in jiu jitsu technique.
Learn and practice basic techniques in a friendly, low-pressure environment. Beginners and experienced practitioners alike enjoy the chance to polish technical details. There is no live sparring at fundamentals class. However, students are permitted and encouraged to spar at our open mats.
Intended for all levels of ability and experience, this class covers techniques for both stand-up and ground work. Students work on conditioning, technique and live sparring in this class.
Like the All Levels Gi class, this class is intended for students of any experience level from beginner to advanced. In this class, students practice techniques and spar without the gi.
This class provides a more challenging and technically advanced opportunity for students to sharpen their skills and build endurance. It is open to all belt levels.
One hour in length, it consists of back-to-back sparring rounds. This is a fun and challenging way to practice live sparring with a variety of partners. It is open to all belt levels.
Wrestling for BJJ
Improve your stand-up game and take-downs with this intensive introduction to wrestling techniques as they apply to jiu jitsu.
Intense training and individual attention to prepare competitors for upcoming tournaments. Students come to class with specific questions and video of past matches and work with instructors to analyze, troubleshoot and refine.
Saturday Community Open Mat
This open mat is open to all students from all academies and affiliations.
Sunday DJBJJ and Affiliates Open Mat
This open mat is open to students of David Jacobs Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and affiliate academies.
